Vivid Experience is the team behind the UK’s most exciting Christmas parties, staged at some of the country’s leading party locations. We work with venues such as the NEC in Birmingham and the iconic Manchester Central amongst others, to give our guests an unforgettable night out. We design, build and manage our parties in-house, keeping close control of the overall guest experience.
Vivid was formed in 2008 with the single motive of offering exceptional Christmas party experiences. 2008 saw the launch of our first 700 seater venue in our home town of Leicester at the beautiful art deco venue; Athena. It instantly became the most popular Christmas party destination in the city and remains so today.
Over the past 10 years we have launched our Christmas parties at flagship venues across the UK and today operate our events at 5 of the UK’s most exciting party locations.
From hosting 8,000 guests in our first year, we hosted 105,000 during Christmas 2018 and while our venues have grown in size, our parties remain personal, with immense attention to detail.
We create all of our theme sets in our own 10,000 sqm workshop in Leicestershire, where our in-house team of creatives, carpenters and scenic painters work throughout the year. What starts as a pencil sketch in January, ends up as a real-life themed environment of film-set proportions come December! Around 30 artic trailers full of theme-sets leave our workshops during November destined for our various party venues, ready to be assembled on site.
To compliment the staggering theme sets, we work with many of the world’s top choreographers and aerial performers to design entertainment that is the envy of the industry. Months of costume design, cutting and stitching comes to life on stage over the season as guests enjoy incredible stage shows.
Together with a delicious Christmas menu, designed by our in-house head chef, and then prepared by a talented team of chefs from scratch each day on site, and a few other bits of planning(!) our parties come to life on opening night and we hope our guests enjoy their evening as much as we do!
